I am from the Mid-Western part of the United States. I  attended Northern
Illinois University, DeKalb, Illinois where I obtained a Bachelor of  Science
Degree in Accounting and Business at one of the top accounting programs
offered at the university level in the United States.

My CPA credentials and licensing are from the States of Arizona and
Illinois. I also possess teacher certification from the States of California
and Illinois.

I am  a proficient, top level, versatile professional with experience in
tax preparation, tax research, tax planning, and business consulting
services to  individual and business clients of high and moderate net
worth. My work experience also included working as CPA-Income Tax
Software Developer and CPA/Taxpayer Representative representing
clients to resolve their taxation issues after contact by the Internal
Revenue Service and or by state tax agencies. Moreover, I had been
a Field Agent for the Internal Revenue Service.

Finally, I had worked as a civilian Internal Review  Auditor with the
US Army (Fort Richardson, Anchorage, Alaska), the US Navy
(Great Lakes Naval Training Center, North Chicago, Illinois), and
the US Marine Corps (El Toro Marine Corps Air Station, Santa Ana,
California). The mission of  the Internal Review Auditor was to ascertain
financial, tax, and or procedural compliancein accordance with rules
and regulations promulgated by the  respective branch of the US
Military and the US Department of Defense.
